Tiscalli

Me: Hello, your through to Zen technical support, Stuart speaking, how can I help?
Customer: "Hello. I cannot connect to the wireless
M: Are you connected to the internet, or is it just the wireless your having problem.
C: No I cannot connect to the internet.
M: Can I take your username please?
C: I dont have one, I bought the speedtouch from Tiscalli.
M: OK, do you get your internet from us?
C: No, i think thats will Tiscalli.
M: Hmn...so let me get this right. You have bought your router from Tiscalli, and you get your internet from Tiscalli?
C: Yes
M: Can I ask why your calling Zen?
C: Tiscalli gave this number as the support line for the speedtouch.
M: Ah ok. Well the speedtouch support line is XXXX XXXXXX, but that is a 50p/min call, so i would suggest you call back Tiscalli and see if you can get someone who isnt a muppet there to try and help you. I'm sorry I cannot help you, but we dont support support the speedtouch
C: Ok, thanks.
